Do you work on all makes and models?

Yes. We work on most cars and light trucks, both foreign and domestic. Performance, modified, and older vehicles are welcome. Some jobs may require additional time or parts availability.

Diagnostic work is not free. We charge for proper testing, scanning, and inspection time. This ensures accurate results instead of guesswork. Diagnostic fees may be waived if the quoted work is proceeded with.

What if I can’t pick up my vehicle right away?

If you can’t pick up your vehicle right away, please let us know. Vehicles left after completion may incur storage fees starting at $25 per day. Extended periods without communication could lead to lien or abandonment procedures, as per the law.

No. Vernon Garage is not responsible for pre-existing damage, rust, seized components, electrical issues, or hidden problems not visible during initial inspection.

Older and Northeast vehicles often have rusted or seized components. Breakage during disassembly is not uncommon and is not considered technician error. Additional labor or parts may be required.
