  3. You release Vernon Garage, its owner, and employees from claims relating to:
    • Vehicle damage, theft, or loss while in our care.
    • Accidents or injuries during test drives, towing, or transport.
    • Consequential or incidental damages, including lost time, revenue, or inconvenience.
  4. You must disclose prior modifications, aftermarket parts, or known vehicle issues.
  5. Vernon Garage is not responsible for pre-existing damage, prior repairs, or aftermarket parts.
  6. Estimates, timelines, and repairs may change based on actual vehicle condition.
  7. All customers must sign a Vehicle Release / Service Agreement before work begins (to further limit liability).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vernon Garage, its owner, and employees are not liable for:
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
  • Loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or property left on-site.
  • Injuries or accidents during test drives, towing, or after repairs.
  • Failures caused by aftermarket parts, prior modifications, or pre-existing conditions.
  • Any decisions made by customers based on website content, advice, or service estimates.
Any liability is strictly limited to the cost of services performed.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Vernon Garage harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from:
